夕食はちょっと特別感。
プルドチキンカレー、人参ラペ、茹玉子の乗った茹でキャベツ、
そして、つまみなチーズ、ナッツという豪華な顔ぶれ。
右にはワインが見えていて、正月って感じ。笑
他に後から日本酒も呑んだ。
もう内容的に呑みなさいって感じだから。
まあ、正月なので、しっかりと呑む気満々なんだけど。笑

んで、プルドチキンカレーだ。
以前、LILAC BAKEのカレーパンの一つに、v プルドポークってのがあったと記憶している。
（25年3月26日の日記「ガッツリ満腹満足（LILAC BAKE、ガネーシャ）」参照。）
その鶏肉版みたいな感じ。
ただし、パンではない。笑

茹玉子をトッピングしてみる。
一気に景色が変わった。

野菜たっぷりで嬉しい。
自宅でのカレーの醍醐味だ。

スープ状のルーは野菜からの水分も多い。

プルドチキンは仏太的にはほぐしチキン。
このタイプは分類的には、
カラバトカリーがパキスタンカリーとして出していたものだろう。
そして、本家もそうだが、色々とやっているところがあり、
帯広ではつい最近惜しまれて閉店となったLOOPでも出していた。
そして、LOOPのパキスタンカリーが最も好みだった。

そういった複雑な思いをしながら、
しっかりと美味しく頂いた。
正月から良い修行だ。

I ate some good foods for dinner with my wife. They were made by a good cooker. One of them was pulled chicken curry. It was like LOOP or Karabato. LOOP had been closed last year. I was so sorry. This pulled chicken curry was so good, too. I was so satisfied. Thanks a lot.

両親が毎年用意してくれる。

カレー餡がたっぷりだ。
甘めのお味なのだが、
濃厚すぎず丁度良い感じ。
ニジマスの唐揚げ自体にしっかりと味を添えている。

一味たっぷりで頂くのも乙だ。

ちらし寿司とセットでカレー餡をいただく。
豪華カレーライスだ。
新年早々、元日から素敵な修行となった。

I ate dinner at my wife’s parents home with them. There were so many foods on the table. I liked them all. Especially I love the fried traut salmoon with curried sauce. It was one of great. Every year Parents had prepared it for all. Thank you very much. My stomach was so full and I was so satisfied. I was so happy.
